For 14 years, Ant Charity, founded by Agustin Ramli, has carried the dream of providing learning opportunities for every child in Indonesia, regardless of background. Inspired by the hardworking and collaborative spirit of ants, Ant Charity believes that education is not only about lessons on paper, but also about building confidence, shaping character, and preparing for the future. Starting from small steps of visiting children in remote areas, today Ant Charity has grown in Jakarta, Bali, and Yogyakarta, becoming a second home for thousands of children. Here they learn reading, math, English, technology, arts, and values of tolerance and love—guided by mentors and volunteers who faithfully share their time and hearts. The 14th anniversary was also celebrated at Life Center Jakarta through the New Academic Year Party (NAYP). The event opened with a lively angklung performance of “Si Jali-Jali” and a sweet rendition of “Happy Birthday, ” followed by candle blowing, cake cutting, and enjoying the birthday cake together. Ant Charity also presented certificates of appreciation to outstanding students in academics, arts, and character. To close the event, the children received stationery donations from @ferrari_owners_club_indonesia and entrepreneurship program support from @deloitte_indonesia. May this new academic year bring renewed spirit, great achievements, and stronger togetherness for the entire Ant Charity family.
